TRIBE Insights operates the website located at www.tribesights.org, including all pages hosted thereunder (the “Website”), and any related websites, applications, digital products, communities, training platforms, or services that we directly own or operate (collectively, the “Services”). We value the privacy of our community members, research participants, entrepreneurs, subscribers, and visitors to the Website, and any others who share information with us or use the Services (collectively, “you” or “your”). •Mission-Aligned Messages and Promotion. Sharing information about programs, events, initiatives, resources, and opportunities from TRIBE Insights and, where appropriate, select mission-aligned partners. You may opt out of certain promotional communications as described in those messages or by contacting us.

•Security and Legal Compliance. Protecting the integrity and security of the Website and Services; detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms; complying with legal obligations; and enforcing our rights.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of TRIBE Insights SMS/text messages at any time by:

•Replying STOP to any text message we send; or

•Contacting us at hello@tribeinsights.org with your request and the phone number you want removed.

 

After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. We will process your opt-out promptly as required by applicable law.

Carrier Disclosures

Delivery of SMS/text messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

 

Sharing of Mobile Numbers
